Mark has been working in the area since 1982 and founded  MarkYoull Estate Agents which has been operating in the Purley area since 1995. He is married and lives locally with his wife and 2 children. In his spare time he likes to play golf, but only occasionally because he is always working! Mark is also a loyal and sometimes frustrated supporter of Crystal Palace Football Club.

John finds it hard to believe that he established the business in 1977 let alone the fact that he started in Estate Agency in 1966!! On a broad-brush guesstimation John has probably sold over 5,000 properties in his career and still maintains his enthusiasm and professionalism often being called upon for his expert advice always given in a friendly manner.

James is our own Letting Manager with almost 20 years’ experience of the property market, having spent half of that time with John Brown Mark Youll. Without question James is the ‘homespun’ member of the team having been born and bred in Old Coulsdon. James brings a wealth of knowledge ,experience and qualified for the Challenges of the rental market. .
